It was an incredible day on Friday, 24th September, when the sun shone for our Dan’s Fund Charity Golf Day at Brocket’s Hall Golf Club.
With a player down, Polly had to fill in last minute – so a minor drama and incorrect golfing attire, but you can’t complain. It is a breathtakingly beautiful and tough course.
After 18 holes, our 80 strong field enjoyed a 3 course lunch and a short speech 🎤 and a live auction.
Four prizes were given out and delighted that the ITDS Knackered Nags managed to regain their title from 2020! Congratulations to Jermaine Weeden and team!
Fundraising including the raffle and generous donations saw us raise an amazing £8,500 on the day.
Thanks to all our Golfers, Helpers, donations for the raffle and auction and Brocket’s Hall for their hospitality.
Our next mixed golf day will be Friday 24th June 2022 at Woking Golf Club.
Helping burn survivors to recover, whilst having fun. It’s a win win. Thank you all.
