Swinley Forest Golf Club Charity Day – Tuesday 5 May 2026

Thank you to the amazing Swinley Forest Golf Club members and staff for their hospitality.   In May 2026, we had a rare opportunity to play on this special course, Swinley Forest GC, built by Harry Colt in 1909.  It was a privilege and a treat for all to play such a wonderful course.

Thank you to all the golfers who supported the day by playing, buying raffle tickets, mulligans and auction prizes.  The weather was kind and the Swinley Forest Golf Club staff could not have been more helpful and supportive throughout the event.

Congratulations to our winning team ITDS Rugger Buggers, Second place, Morgs Mob and third place, Whilst the wives are away!

After golfing, A delicious 4-course carvery lunch was followed by a talk by Polly and a quick fire auction – it was an action packed day with lots of laughter and good humour.  We raised £18,000 to help support burn survivors.

Thanks to all who donated prizes for the raffle and auction and special thanks to our helpers on the day – Rosemary, Chris, Penny, Frank, Margaret and Jennifer and to all who came to golf and donated generously.
